According To The Latest Reports, The Narcotic Control Bureau In Drug Nexus Probe Seeks Dharma Productions’ Former Executive Kshitij Ravi Prasad’s Custody Extension

The Narcotic Control Bureau has summed several elite Bollywood celebrities in drug nexus probe, which is followed by the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The officials on Saturday had grilled Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and including talent managers Karishma Prakash and Jaya Saha in drugs probe. Not just that the officials have also reportedly arrested Dharma Productions’ former executive, Kshijit Ravi Prasad for procuring drugs. According to the latest reports, the officials now seek his custody extension.

NCB had earlier arrested Rhea Chakraborty, Showik, Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant and few drug peddlers in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. It was reported the NCB was looking forward to arrest Kshijit for allegedly procuring drugs. Yesterday, he was taken to for his medical tests as a formality before his arrest. Now, according to a report by Times Now, he told them that he has been ‘framed’. After his arrest, when Prasad was taken towards the police vehicle, he informed the portal that, “I have been framed.”

 

For the unversed, Kshijit Ravi Prasad’s name has come up in the spotlight in drug nexus, after one of the drug peddler Sanket Patel was taken under NCB’s custody. Hindustan Times reported that after the drug peddler’s arrest, the NCB stated, “He (Patel) further stated that he delivered Ganja around 12 times to Prasad from May 2020 to July 2020. Further, Prasad made a payment of Rs 3,500 each time after taking the delivery of 50 grams of Ganja.”

On the other side, NCB has also acquired mobile phones of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Karishma Prakash and Rakul Preet Singh. Their mobile phones were apparently sent to the forensic investigation agency to curate more evidence. NCB is reportedly expecting more evidences that could uncover big names from B-town
